LEE, John Albert "Jack"
St. George's, NL
1916 - 2006
It is with great sadness that the family of the late John (Jack) Lee
announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville
on Thursday, January 19th, 2006 at the age of 89 years. He will be sadly
missed by his loving and devoted wife of 67 years, Loretta; sixteen
children: Laura (Kevin) Alyward, Elmer (Anna), Sylvia, George (Shirley),
Ted (Ruth), Gerard, Tom (Stasia), Edith (John) Dwyer, Dave (Linda),
Simeon, Jeffrey (Mary), Kenneth (Bernice), Danny (Verna), Rick, Toronto,
Joe (Pam), Kevin, Calgary, AB; fifty three grandchildren, twenty four
great-grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister-in-law Myrtle
Lee, Stephenville; special family friends Russell McFawn and Sister
Elizabeth Quinlan; sisters: Lydia (Clayton), Nova Scotia, Laura, St.
John's; brothers: George (Corina), Stephenville, Tom, St. John's, Clyde,
Fortune, Doug, Ontario, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews,
relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his infant son Robert,
daughter Eleanor, son-in-law Joseph Hickey, grandchildren Kelly Ann,
Robert, John and Donald. Friends may visit St. Joseph's Roman Catholic
Church in St. George's on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. from
where the Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, January 23rd at 11:00
a.m. with Fr. Gerard Patry officiating. Interment will follow at the
Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shallop Cove. As expression of sympathy,
flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Joseph's
Parish Memorial Fund or to the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation.

CHAYTOR, Andrew
Conche, NL
January 27, 1987 - January 18, 2006
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Andrew Chaytor
announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, January 18th, 2006 at the age
of 18. Andrew will be forever loved and missed by his parents Gerard and
Angela, brothers: Jamie, Brian and Perry; as well as his grandparents,
aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. The family will be
receiving friends at Sacred Heart Church in Conche beginning Friday
evening followed by the Funeral Mass Sunday, January 22nd at 10:00 a.m.,
Father Joseph Muchena officiating, with the interment at the church
cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral
Home. The family guestbook may be signed by visiting our website

Congratulations to Lynnette Butt and Jon Lee on their recent engagement.
Lynnette is the daughter of Clarence and Jean Butt of Pasadena and Jon
is the son of Dr. Dave and Jan Lee of St. George, Utah. Best wishes come

August 2006.

baby boy, Noah Joshua Pike, born on November 9th, 2005 at Western
Memorial Regional Hospital. Noah is the grandson of Les & Debbie Pike of
Corner Brook and Doug & Laura Hynes of Codroy Valley. Congratulations
from Uncle Josh, Aunt Vicki, Uncle Earl and the rest of our families.

Sherry and Frank would like to announce the birth of their precious
daughter Emma Eileen Rose on December 9, 2005 at the Cypress Regional
Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Proud grandparents are Allister
& Joan King and Bernard & Bernadette Flynn of Corner Brook, great
grandmothers Susan Bromley of Conche and Margaret King of St. John's.


BRAKE
Veda & Randy Brake of Meadows are proud to announce the safe arrival of
their grandson, Ethan Francis, on December 8, 2005 at Royal Alexander
Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta. Proud parents are Marcel Brake & Danielle
Lawrence, great grandparents Dulcie & Frank Sheppard, great great
grandparent Madeline Sheppard of Cox's Cove. Congratulations are
