I'm looking for birth and death records of Rodney Smith (b. 19 Apr 1822, d.
23 Nov 1865), my great great grandfather and his wife Ellen Wilson (b.
1827.) I recently visited the east coast and checked records in Concord.
Although, I did find his marriage record, I was unable to find either birth
or death. A relative visited Hillsboro for me and had no success either.
However, he did find Rodney's son George's birth record which states that
his father was born in Windsor, not Hillsboro. (The marriage record says
they resided in Hillsboro.) So, here are my questions:

1. How do I get birth or death records from Windsor? If I use Vitalcheck,
don't they just get records from Concord?
2. Did the border between Hillsboro and Windsor change at any point?
