Dear Jack,

The Jonathan Sanborn you mentioned, who married Priscilla Bryant in
Greenland, was of the third generation in this county. He was born in
Hampton on 16 March 1717/8, the son of Stephen and Hannah (Philbrick)
Sanborn, and grandson of William and Mary (Moulton) Sanborn. The
last-named William was one of the Samborne immigrants to New Hampshire.

I have a list of all the children of Jonathan and Priscilla. Please e-mail
me directly and I will be glad to send the information.

I am the Genealogist for The Sanborn Family Association. I am in the
process of working on volume 1 of the revised Sanborn Genealogy which will
be published some day. Volume 1 will contain the English material, as well
as the first five generations in this country. My involvement will
probably end then, as I do not plan to continue on beyond the sixth
generation at this time, and am only collecting English data and material
on the first five generations.
