Hi 'Gene,
Yes, it does look like "planned parenthood". However it's only planned by
forces beyond our power. I learned from a teacher that whenever there are
NOT children's births recorded every 2 years, then there probably was a
child that did not survive.
In fact I believe that in some instances, if there is a gap between births,
that then there is also a probability of the following children having a
different mother. The original one may have died during childbirth?
This is something worth knowing I think.
