I'm looking for a a publication that was printed on the 1798 Direct Tax for a few towns in Strafford Co. New Durham, Middleton and Brookfield were a few of the towns. Since the 1800 census for these towns were lost this is the only link. Ancestry.com had a little fact sheet on this, but all it said was it was printed by Heritage Books, but I can't find it!
If anyone one knows the name of this publication please let me know!
