Mrs. G. W. Riley Buried At Zion

Funeral services for Mrs. G. W. Riley, about 48 years of age, who died Tuesday
morning at 2 o'clock, were held at Zion Church Wednesday afternoon, with
interment in the Zion Cemetery.

Mrs. Riley had been in ill health about one year. Before her marriage she was
Miss Emma Smith. She is survived by her husband and six children: Barney
Riley, of Texas; Mrs. Jodie Atwell of Texas; Mrs. Ocie Riley of Georgetown;
and Jewell, Fannie, and Kirby Riley of Winnfield; three sisters, Mrs. J. T.
Riley of Colgrade; Mrs. Effie Price of Rochelle, and Mrs. Carey Starks of Bear
Creek; and one brother, Joe Smith of Pineville.

Attending the services from Winnfield were Mrs. R. T. Dawson, Mrs. J. Keen,
Mrs. Lola White and Travis Riley.
