I am just starting my family search and am getting no where.
My Grandfather was Thomas Robert Johnston b. November 20th 1885 in Tullybrone N. Ireland, Co. Armagh, to William John Johnston and Sarah ( Jeffers ) Johnston. He came to the U.S.A. in April 1904. He sent for my grandmother a few years later. Her name was Mary Elizabeth Brown, b. October 12, 1887 to David and Sarah ( McKenna ) Brown, in Lurgyross, Co. Armagh N. Ireland. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
