When I was doing research in Co Armagh I found the McParland name in Killevy Catholic church records for mid 1800's. I only have my ancestors who maried a Margaret McParland (name spelt 5 different ways on one page).
Filmed Records are available through LDS centres and are quite difficult to read in parts owing to some terrible handwriting and pages faded through time.
