After years of searching I have recently discovered that my ggrandfather
Daniel Patrick Devlin, came from Derry County Ireland. He was born approx.
1862 and emigrated to US possibly in 1876. He settled in Chicago, Ill. where
he practiced law and died in 1928. I don't know who his parents where but
Christian names in every generation since are Edward, Joseph, Daniel, and
Michael. I know that there are lots of Devlins in that area and I am trying
to find which family line Daniel may have come from. Does anyone have any
information on him?
