Surname: MONEY, DOUGLAS, SUMMERS, SNEDDON

On the birth extract of William DOUGLAS (born June 19, 1885,
in Hamilton, Scotland), is the name and birth places of his
mother and father.
His mother is listed as Sarah MONEY. Her birth date is December 17, 1855
(could be 1835), in Besart, Tochel, Derry, Ireland. Is anyone familiar
with the first two place names?
Handwriting on extracts can be hard to decipher and those two could be
Besart or Iochel.
I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.
