I am new to this list and would be interested in any information about the following:

RICHARD MCHENRY, b. 1743 in Londonderry, Ireland, married DOLLY ? and came to the US in 1761. He fought in the Revolutionary War, received a land grant and settled in Muskingum County, Ohio. Died 1825 or 1835, buried in Sugar Grove cemetary in Muskingum County, Ohio.

Richard is my 6g-grandfather, with his g-grandaughter LYDIA married to my 3g-grandfather JAMES STEWART on my mother's side.

I have requested Richard's military records from the US National Archives, but would appreciate any information about Richard and Dolly and their origins.
