Dear L - I can't help with your direct query I'm afraid. But I wonder if
there is any IRWIN connection with my ancestor as below -

Elizabeth IRWIN, b c18115-16, Co Londonderry, IRL; m Samuel WARK, either Co
Donegal or Londonderry, c1535-36. Her parents were William IRWIN, labourer
and Elizabeth (Betty) DOWELL. Samuel and Elizabeth emigrated from Loch
Foyle IRL, on 'Parland', arr AUS Oct 1838.
