Magherafelt is both a city and the name of a "Poor Law Union" (like a
borough or district) in County Derry, NI. If you do a www.google.com search
for Magherafelt, you might find the government page of the Valuation and
Lands Agency (VLA) from the County and maybe you can locate the property
