Does nayone recognize this family?

THOMPSON, Andrew, b. abt 1740, Northern Ireland??. He
is possibly the maternal grandfather of Andrew
Thompson GILMORE, b. abt 1807, New York City, NY, USA
who md. Sophronia LOOMIS of Coventry, Tolland, CT, USA
on 16 Sep 1832 in Manlius, Onondaga, NY, USA. I
believe the GILMORE and THOMPSON families came from
northern Ireland, probably Co. Derry. I am looking for
any connections between the GILMORE, THOMPSON, LOOMIS
families in Ireland and the NY, CT, MA areas. Any help
