Good Evening from NZ.

I am new to this list and I am interested in Kilkeel Co Down.

As listed in the 1891 census of Preston, Lancashire England my Gt
grandmother, Mary Hanna, had a grand daughter by the name of Mary M Hanna
age 8.06 years, born Ireland living with her. I traced this birth to Kilkeel
Co Down.

I have also traced the family of this young girl but unable to find the link
back to the main Hanna family in Ireland.

Is there anyone who would be willing to help me prove or disprove this birth
as the one listed in the census.

In 1999 I spent 10 days in Ireland, 5 in Kilkeel talking to the family as
descendants of their common ancestors Robert (Big) Hanna and Margaret
McClenaghan but I was unable to find anything definite.

The total findings are too long to post here and maybe boring to other
listers.
