LANDS TO BE SOLD.
TO BE SOLD, together, or in separate Farms,
all that part of the Townland of BURREN, ad-
joining the town of CASTLEWELLAN, in the County of
Down, the property of the late Rev. LUCAS WARING,
Deceased, containing about 65 Acres, Irish measure.

RICHARD MOLLAN, Member of the Roy-
al College of Surgeons, London, begs to in-
form the Gentry of Newry and its Vicinity, that
having commenced the practice of PHYSIC,
SURGERY, and MIDWIFERY, in his na-
tive town, he is, for the present, to be consulted at
the house of his Brother, in MARKET-STREET, and
that he hopes, by his unremitting attention to those
who may honor him with their patronage, he may
deserve that favour to which he can otherwise lay
no claim. He begs leave also to inform the Pub-
lic that the Partnership, formerly existing between
his Brother and Himself, terminated on the 1st of
this month.

The Amicable Annuity Company
OF NEWRY
WILL Meet at MURRAY¹S TAVERN,
on WEDNESDAY the 6th of February next,
at the hour of TWELVE o¹Clock, to transact the bu-
siness of the Company, and afterwards to Dine together.
Such Persons as wish to become Members are desired to
apply to the Register, 14 days previous to, and appear at,
the Meeting, otherwise they cannot be ballotted for.
