Hi Susan,
I see one of your surnames is Leveque. I have a Leveque family from
Canada I am trying to track down. She is my ggg grandmother. She appears to
have married her cousin, Paul Levake/Leveque. They reportedly resided in
Montreal had a daughter Mary Lavake/Levaque who married Loius Lajoice/Lajoie
who was born in Assumption, Windsor, Ontario. They married in Assumption and
had three children in Canada before moving to Makinac. Two generations are
below. Any help or direction greatly appreciated!!

Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and died June 27, 1905 in St. Ignace, Mackinac
Co., MI. She married Louis Sr James LaJoice/Lajoie March 18, 1837 in Canada,
son of Hyancinthe LaJoice and Mary St. Louis. He was born February 21, 1813
in L'Assumption, Sandwich, Windsor, Essex County, Ontario, Canada, and died
October 24, 1918 in St. Ignace, Mackinac County, MI.


Children of Mary Lavake/Leveque/Bishop and Louis LaJoice/Lajoie are:
