Hi Gang,
I remember going to the State Fair as a child. It was on Nottingham Way
and Greenwood Ave. in Hamilton Twp., just outside of Trenton. There is a mall
there now. I remember my dad taking me one year and introduced me to Jack
Demsey (Boxer from the 40's.) Not sure about the spelling. I always liked
playing Bingo, cause I could take something nice home for my Mom. I remember
one year it was a waffle iron. I guess I got lucky that year. I can still
hear that motorcycle running around in that barrel. I also remember toughing
up on the Bullet, never went back on that one. I just like the roller
coaster's now, especially the old wooden ones.
