My ggrandfather's sister Eva(Evalina) Beatty m John Nunn, I believe. I have
a genealogy done by that family around here somewhere that my cousin gave me.
Little complicated here as my cousin and I were double cousins(?). My
mother's mother was a Beatty and my cousin's grandmother was a Nunn(dau of
Eva Beatty). Eva's grandson m my father's sister. My cousin gave me a copy
of the genealogy that their family did themselves. I grew up calling my
cousin's grandmother Grammy, not knowing that we really were related. Had I
been into genealogy then, I would have had alot more information than I have
now. I think the last so called reunion was a birthday party for Grammy in
1972 given by her daughter. That dau is the only surviving child and my
cousin died right after giving me the gen. in 1995.
I will have to dig out that genealogy and see how far back it goes on Nunn
side. May just start with John Nunn or his parents. Grammy(Cora) and her
sister Margaret m brothers, also. Perhaps Margaret was named after your
Margaret. I think there was a picture somewhere of Grammy at Pleasant Grove
School.
