How was this orphanage destroyed? Was it burned down? I am asking as my great grandmother was placed in an orphanage after she was born in Hopewell and I have not been able to find out which orphanage she was placed in. I only know that it burned down.

I am trying to find information on her birth records.

Any help would be appreciated.
