1705 June 27. Jennings, Henry, of Philadelphia, tailor; will of.
Wife Margaret, residuary legatee and sole executrix; Isaac Jennings of
London and his daughter Margaret, called my cozen, receive 150 acres of
land, bought of Thomas Graves, and the house and lot testator now lives in.
Personal estate. Witnesses Wm. Hudson, Thomas Bradford, Thomas Paschall.
Proved at Burlington April 23, 1706. Lib. 1, p. 148.
1705 July 26. Inventory of the personal estate (53.3.0); made by
John Smith, William Ponton and William Willis. Salem Wills.
1718 Aug. 19. Jennings, John, of Piscataway, Middlesex Co., yeoman;
will of. Wife Anne sole heiress and executrix of real and personal estate
in New Jersey and the Island of Barbados. Witnesses Edward Vaughan, Mary
Vaughan, Mary Emott. Proved May 9, 1720.

will of. Leaves real estate in Gloucester Town to friend Priscilla, wife of
John Hugg of Gloucester Co., with legacy to Thomas Griffith of Philadelphia
for the use of the Philadelphia Monthly Meeting of Quakers; the lots of 10
acres in Cohanzey and of 8a. in Salem to be solde by the executors towards
paying her debts; the residue of real and personal estate is left to Isaac
and Sarah Jennings, the reputed children of her late husband Henry
Jennings. Executor John Hugg. Witnesses Samll Atkinson, John

James Hill as advisers and guardians of dau. Elizabeth. Witnesses Edward

Pennington decd, Jennings and Elizabeth, son and daughter of William
Stevenson, Thomas, son of John Stevenson, Anne and Sarah, daughters of
Thomas Stevenson, all under age, and the legacies left to them to be placed
in the hands of Samuel Carpenter and Richard Hill of Philadelphia,
merchants; cousin Susannah Fox, John Hackney, Samuel Hackney, friend Thomas
Ellwood of Hunger Hill near Amersham, Co. of Bucks, England,
brother(-in-law?) Isaac Mariot. Real and personal estate. Executors the

Mellison Jennings, the widow, renounces her right to administer the estate
of her husband in favor of John Moore, of Woodbridge, yeoman, principal
creditor. Bond of John Moore. Andrew Robinson, of Perth Amboy, blacksmith,

1749, March 30. Jennings, Mary, of Elsinburrow, Salem Co., widow;
will of. Son-in-law, James Jennings. Daughter-in-law, Margrett Jennings, a
cow at Clem Halls. Granddaughter, Jean Dickey. Rest of estate divided
equally between my grandchildren and Margrett Jennings whom I also will to
Deborah Smart to be brought up according to her fathers desire. Son,
