of. Wife Elizabeth. Children Phineas, James, Sarah, Ann, the last three
under age. Home farm of 280 acres, land and meadows on Racoon Creek,
inherited jointly with brother Edmund (under age) from their father.
Personal property (a set of silver buttons). Executors the wife, her
father Benjamin Clarke brother-in-law John Cooper and brother Joshua Lord.
Witnesses Abraham Chattin, Wm. Wilkins, William Tomlinson. Proved
February 28, 1727-8.

brothers and sisters for two years and then with his uncles, until he is of
