will of. Makes Thomas Lambson sole heir and executor of the estate, and is
proved by the testimony of Thomas Lambson, Thomas Foster and Elizabeth
Giljohnson July 15, 1700.
1700 July 17. Inventory of the personal estate, 16.7.6, incl. debts
due by Samuel Hedge, John Tom, John Holmes, William Francis, junior, Kathren
Laithen, Peter Bilderbeck, Wm. Penton, John Mink, Peter Johnson, Andrew
Anderson, Margaret Shute, Tho: Foster and Yealous Gilljohnson.
1700 July 23. Administration on the estate granted to Thomas Lambson.

1688 Dec. 10. Barton, Thomas, of Birch Creek, Burlington Co., yeoman;
will of. Sons Edward and Thomas, also son(-in-law?) John A. Broun. Real
and personal property. Executors Percival Towl, John Woolston, John
Pancost and John Brown. Witnesses Daniel Leeds, Hannah Woolston and
Elizabeth Borton. Proved December 5, 1689.
1688 Dec. 17. Inventory of the personal estate, 79.1., made by
Thomas Scattergood, Thomas Butcher and Tho: Revell.
-----? May 12. Mem., that John Browne, only surviving executor,
rendered account of the estate to the three sons Edward, Thomas and John
Barton. Burlington Wills.

1704 Sept. 3. Barton, Thomas, of Burlington; will of. Leaves real
estate, inherited from the father, to brother Edward Barton, and personal
estate, in the hands of fathers executor, John Brown, to brother John
Barton. Executors brother John and Peter Fretwell. Witnesses Elizabeth
Frettwell, Joshua Tomkins and Mary Howard. Proved November 3, 1704.

Burlington Co., weaver; will of. Executrix wife Margaret who is to have
land adjoining William Coats, Daniel Wills and Samuel Bunting. Jonathan,
eldest son now living, land lying between John Harvey and William Pancoast,
Junr, and land near Thomas Curtis. Others sons David and Aaron.
Daughters, Merihab and Mary Field. Expected child. Witnesses Elizabeth
