1701 July 30. Beere, Jonathan, of Salem, gent.; will of. Wife Mary,
sole heiress and executrix of real and personal estate. Witnesses Wm.
Slubey, Saml Hunter, Saml Hedge. Codicill of November 14, 1701, includes
in the real estate given to his wife, the lately bought land at Quiahocking.
Witnesses Michall Hackett and Saml Hedge. Recorded December 16, 1701.
1701 Nov. 28. Inventory of the estate; real houses with 21 acres of
land, 12 a. of marsh, a still, etc., 300, 600 a. at Quiahocking, 100;
personal, 310.5.8, incl. plate, 5.14, a mollotto girl, 30; made by Jno.
Thompson and Saml Hedge.
1701 Dec. 29. Letters testamentary issued to the widow, Mary Beere.
