1687 -------. Boarton, John. Letters of administration on the
estate of, with a declaration of his will, granted to his widow, Anne
Boarton. Burlington Records, p. 13.
BORTON, page 47:
1687 July 28. Borton, Bourton, John, of Hilsdown (on the South side
of Northampton River); will of. Wife Anne and six daughters, names not
given; sons John and William. Land on Northampton River and upon Burlington
Island; owns 1-32 share of the Province, personal property; wants to be
buried in the Friends Burialplace at Burlington. Witnesses John Woolman,
Enoch Coore.
1687 Nov. 15. Inventory of the estate (202.10.), made by William
Evans and John Pain.
1687-8 Jan. 14. Bond of Ann Boarton, widow of John, as administratrix
of the estate. Thomas Barton and John Woolman fellow bondsmen. Burlington
