1707 March 29. Boon, Peter, of Penns Neck, Salem Co.; will of. Wife
and three sons, names not given. Real and personal estate. The wife
ekceketere. Witnesses Roberd Pickman, Isak Baner and Richard Pickman.
Proved November 18, 1707. Lib. 1, p. 188.
1707 June 12. Inventory of the personal estate (113.15.0, of which
45 in cash), made by Richard Pittman and Cornelius Capner; sworn to by
Katherine Boone, executrix. Salem Wills.

(1733). Boon, Peter (Salem Co., but no place or date named). I give
to my son, Peter Boon, 150 acres out of the 1000 in the Bout, 2 prs. of
silver buttons, one bed, one iron pot, one Gunn, to be kept until he comes
of age; the rest of the estate except one brown heifer I give to my mother
Catherin Savoy. All the rest of the moveables to be at the discretion of my
dear brother and executor, Andrew Boon, and he shall have the whole estate
in case of the death of my son Peter. Witnesses Henry Wallas, John
Savoy. Proved 27 July, 1733, before surrogate of Salem County. Lib. 3, p.
373.
1733, May 12. Inventory (60.18.0) of Peter Bown (Boon); made by
Henry Wallas, Canneales Cannealson (Cornelius Cornelison).
1748-9, Jan. 7. Boon, Peter, of Penns Neck, Salem County; will of.
Executors Corneliuson and Jacob Pedrick. They shall have my gun and the
rents of my plantation whereon Charles Conaway lives, during six years from
the time he was to pay rent. I give to Cornelius Corneliuson my oxen,
which were a legacy from my grand-father. Cornelius Corneliuson by his
will. Witnesses Thos. Carney, Michael Miller, Samuel Whitehorne. Proved
5 April, 1749. Lib. 6, p. 264 (duplicate pages in this volume).
1749, Apr. 3. Renunciation by Jacob Pedrick as executor. Dated at
Penns Neck.
1749, April 5. Inventory (15.14.6) includes pr. of oxen 7.
Appraisers Thos. Carney, Samuel Whitehorne.
1739-40, Feb. 27. Boone, Andrew, of Township of Penns Neck, Salem
Co.; will of. Two eldest sons: Peter and Andrew Boone to have equally my
Lowest Plantation; that part next to the river, where my old house is, I
give to Peter, the other to Andrew. My town youngest sons: Tobias and
Cornelius Boon, to have equally the land I bought of Penn. My sons Peter
and Andrew shall pay to my brother Peters son his due according to my
brother Peters will. Wife (not named) and daughter Garter Boone.
Executors Wife, and Dobson Wheeler. Witnesses John Savoy, Abigail
Thackra, James Butterworth. Affirmed 4 June, 1740. Letters testamentary
granted to Ellena Boon, Executrix. Lib. 4, p. 239.
1740, April 1. Inventory (176.5.7 ) includes his armor and
apparel, linen and woolen yarn, loom and tackling, worsted stuff and yard,
swine, cows with calves, ewes and lambs, of siene canoe, etc. Credits:
bonds, etc., of Martin Mink, Robert Jones, Thomas Tackery, Michael Likam.
