Burlington Co., yeoman. Inventory of the personal estate of, 222.10.10 ,
incl. bills and bonds 39 to York, or 33.17.2 proclamation money, made by
Hugh Sharp and John Hollinshead. Lib. 2, p. 532.
1728 June 6. Bond of Susannah Borden, widow of Benjamin, as
administratrix of the estate. Hugh Sharp and John Hollinshead fellow
bondsmen.

1703 May 24. Borden, Francis, of Shrewsbury, yeoman; will of. Wife
Jane; sons Richard (eldest), Thomas, Francis; daughter Joyce, wife of John
Hance, junior; kinsman Isaac Viccars. Land adjoining patented March 25,
1687, do. bought of Edward Williams May 4, 1696, do. of brother John Borden
April 7, 1700, property in the Parish of Goudherst, Co. of Kent, England,
inherited from Frances Fowle, of Cranbrook, same Co., by his will of October
8, 1632, land in Shrewsbury, bought of Abraham Brown. The wife and son
Francis executors. Witnesses Thomas Bills, Samvell Child, Thomas Bills,
jun., Sam. Dennis.
1705-6 Feb. 18. Codicill, makes different disposition of real and
personal property and gives legacies to grandsons Joseph and John Hance.
Witnesses Samvell Child, Isaac Hance, Joseph Rodgers and Saml Dennis.

1706 May 2. Inventory of the personal estate (106.11.6), made by

53] Co., yeoman. Joseph Burcham writes to Samuel Bustill to prove the will
of James Borden; Joseph Burcham being indebted, unto my mother-in-law, Mary
Borden.
1730-1, Feb. 17. Robert Laurence and James Lowrie, executors name in
above will, renounce their right. Addressed to Samuel Bustill, Esquire, at
Burlington. (Letters of administration with the will annexed were granted
