1714 July 3. Brandreth, Timothy, of Cape May; will of. Wife Sarah.
Children Timothy, a minor, Mary Hughstis, Sarah Midlton, Daniel, Margate,
Penelopey and Elizabeth Brandreth. Sons-in-law (? stepsons) Benjamin Shaw
and Obadiah Shaw. 400 acres bot of John Lad, on Middle Creek of Great Egg
Harbour, dwelling house and land between Joseph Ludow and Richard Townsend.
Executors John Page, Joseph Ludlow and Daniel Wells. Witnesses John,
Robert and Mary Townsend. Proved May 10, 1715. Lib. 2, pp. 25 and 89.
1715 July 6. John Paige and Joseph Ludlow refuse to act as executors.
1716-7 Feb. 15. Inventory of the estate (107.2.4, all personal incl.
a servant , and clock) made by Thomass Leamyng and Nathaniel Jenkins.
1715 Sept. 8. Bond of the widow, Sarah Brandreth, as administratrix,
Samuel Holmes and Noah Miller, both of Cohansy, yeoman, fellow bondsmen.
1716-7 Feb. 1. Account of the estate as administered (109.9.6).
