above 123 by the sale of 395 acres of land and 6 by the sale of
proprietary rights to 83 acres, while she has paid for the coffin to Mathew
Keasby 1.16 and debts due to Jon Brick, Phil. Chetwood (for medicine and
attendance), Peter Turner, David Morris, Richard Smith, Roger Huckings,
Joseph Coleman, Nathan Hedge, Clemt Hall, Lewis Morris as executor to Wm.
Ridley, and Andrew Thomson, Thos. Miles, Editha Crow, James Sikes, James
Gibbs, Ann Redmond, Joseph Wade, Benjamin Haines, Jonathan Surridge, David
Loyd and Benjamin Eaton.

Ann, sole executrix, and to have 1000 acres in Mannington in said County,
joining Jacob Attwoods land on Salem Creek, and on Arthurs, Boviers and
Bartlesons land, being part of 15,000 acres surveyed by Benjamin Acton, the
10 da., 4 mo., 1709; also 190 acres at Alloways Creek; also 8-acre lot in
Salem on the lower side of my brother Nathans 24 acres; also 16-acre lot of
woodland, and two-acre lot joining William Followells and Nathan Hedges
lot, where the house stands, in consideration that she discharge a bond
given by my [page 229] father, Samuel Hedge, to William Biles, of Bucks
County, Pa. (that is to say 1/4 due on my account, 1/4 on William Hedge,
decease3d, 1/8 on John Hedge, deceased, for the which sum I gave a bond to
Nathan Hedge to pay. If not paid the land to return equally to my son,
Samuel Hedge, and my daughter, Rebecca Hedge). Personal estate to wife for
paying debts and bringing up the children. Son, Samuel Hedge, 600 acres in
Manninton; also my share on Phoenix Grove, Salem Creek, near Hellgate; also
of a 16-acre lot in Salem, joining Nathan Hedge and William Followells
lots. Daughter Rebecca, the other half of said lot; also 500 acres in
Mannington, joining where William Murfey dwelt. Mother, Rebecca Cox, to
have 50 acres in Mannington. Witnesses Abiel Cearll, Joseph Wheaten,
