there is no reference, the wills or other papers, of which abstracts are
given, are among the unrecorded wills of the county to which they pertain..."
"Besides the regular series of West Jersey Wills, there are three of
Salem Wills, and many are to be found in the Burlington Records. In some
cases where the county is not designated in the papers, the reference has been
added, as "Middlesex Wills," meaning that the papers are not recorded, but may
be found in the box or boxes containing Middlesex Wills, etc."]
