Obits from the Times-Express (the former Easton Express) are available for
180 days online at http://www.legacy.com/etpa The Times-Express covers
Warren County and the northern part of Hunterdon County in N.J. and
Northampton and parts of Lehigh counties in Penna. with occasional
out-of-saters who used to live in the area.

New Jersey is divided into municipalities - cities, boroughs, towns, and
townships. Townships are generally larger in area than the other types of
municipalities. Townships have unincorporated areas - "sections" - that may
be more well-known than the township. Sometimes one name is on a map,
sometimes the other. (It's always fun when folks move here from far away,
and aren't sure where they live. Is it "Marlton" or "Evesham?" Worse, some
townships use the zip code for the next township over, so you get 3 names
for the price of one!)
So Port Murray is an unincorporated section of Mansfield Township. It's
north of Trenton, and borders the Delaware River.
Warren County Very pretty, much of it, with rolling hills and farms and a
few wineries.
The Express-Times and the Trenton Times would be most likely to have obits,
but they don't archive on their website any further back than 14 days.

You may want to contact them and see if they can run a search through their
morgue.
There's some good info on the USGenWeb Project site. You may find something
more there.
