Good afternoon from Australia,

Today due to courtesy of another mailing list member, a brick wall was broken down for me.

I have been given the 1870 census information that
Mina A Foster (nee Crawford, first marriage Jenks) music and painting teacher and her children
Flora A Jenks
and Henry C Jenks
were living at Brick NJ.

I don't know how long Mina was there and Henry was in Australia in 1878 and Flora married Frank Gordon in 1874 and lived in New York.

I would like some pointers please on how to research Flora's activities in Brick. I also know she placed a flyer around STIRLING which I think is also in NJ advertising that she would be there for a few days teaching.

Hopefully there may even be a descendant of Flora's on the list.
