Hello,
Does anyone have any information on Gilbert Lake and Wife Ellen Brown. They
were living in Saddle River in 1823 when they sold land to Cornelius Winter.
They had one known son Abraham Lake who was supposed to have been born about
1787 in Spring Valley according to his death certificate. He died Mar 20,
1862. I have not been able to find any information on Gilbert or Ellen except
that on deed. Can anyone help on this family.
