it is (the new one ), but it is in front of the firehouse on Franklin

located next to it could be of assistance and may know where the old
memorial has been relocated to, as well as the story behind it. >>

Marion sent the following message about Civil War Memorial in Franklin Lakes
which honored William Courter and has been removed.

Can anyone tell me how to locate the VFW in Franklin Lakes?

Does anyone know anything about the story of William Courter?

What I know is he was quite young and left home and became a Drummer Boy to
serve in the Civil War.

Thank you.
