Cornelius Van Vorst of the Township of Bergen, conveyed to Anthony Dey
of the City of New York, for $6,000 annually paid on or before 1 April
next, that tract of land in the Township of Bergen commonly called
Powles Hook, with Right of Ferry. Mentioned: ditch dug by Major Hunt.
Bounded E by the North or Hudson River; S by Bay or Flatts of said
River; N by a Bay Called Horsimus Bay; W by a creek or ditch. Subject to
lease of said premises by said Cornelius Van Vorst to David Hunt which
will expire 1 May 1805, when possession of premises to be delivered to

of a Lot belonging to Peter Slott recorded Book S14, p. 168 at Perth
