Subject: [NJBERGEN-L] Lizzie Campbell's Diary
Date: Mon, 10 May 1999 09:43:36 EDT

Recently, has been providing to the list biographical and
genealogical information on the signers of the petition of 1894 for the
incorporation of Montvale NJ. One of the sources cited was "Lizzie
Campbell's Diary" which has caught my eye as my mother's family are
pre-Revolution Campbell's from Bergen County. In my family database there
are no "Lizzie" names but this is probably a nickname for either Elizabeth of
which I have a dozen or Eliza where I only have half a dozen.

Can anyone provide me with more identification of this "Lizzie" Campbell who
kept the diary?

Can anyone tell me where there might be a copy of the diary and/or someone
who would be willing to lookup and provide me with whatever genealogical data
there might be in the diary?

Thanks in advance to any and all who can help me. Also my thanks to everyone
who contributes to this list. It is one of the finest that I subscribe to.
