Hello Dorothy,
Anytime Closter is mentioned on the list,it immediately gets my juices
flowing. I come from an old Closter family, the Cole's,going back to the
early 1700's. Unfortunately,in this case, I am sorry to be the bearer of sad
tidings but I looked up your friends,Constance and Robert Bell from Closter
in the Social Security Death Index . Constance Bell(born1-14-1926) passed
away on 10-17-1998. She was listed as being from Closter. I could not find
Robert Bell of Closter among the numerous Robert Bell's listed. He may have
moved out of Closter and could be listed from some other location or,he
could still be alive or had some other pension-railroad,etc., so he wouldn't
show up in the SSDI. I hope that this info is helpful.
