According to the information provided by George Olin Zabriskie, 1963, p.
270, Maria Bogert, wife of Stephen Goetschius Hopper (Z #1161), had two
children after she died. She died in 1860; her daughter Catharine (Z
#3090) was born in 1863, and her son Frank (Z #3091) was born in 1865. Has
anyone on the list sorted this out. Stephen married (2) a Catherine ----
with whom he had two additional children, William (Z #3092) born in 1873,
and Ella (Z #3093) born in 1877. Is it possible that Catharine and Frank
are the children of the second marriage. Or did Maria Bogert die in 1879
rather than 1869 and at the age of 46 rather than 36?
