My research listed a relative born in NJ as Martin in 1899, I couldn't locate
a Martin anywhere, then in the next census he is listed ad Lawrence exact
birthdate, same parents. From then on he is listed as Lawrence, even his
death certificate. Figured somewhere along the way they didn't like the name
Martin and changed it to Lawrence.
