I am seeking info about Ida Martha Stanford, born in NJ about 1876 (we
believe in Jersey City).
Believe her father owned a hotel there. She attended Bible School at
Chicago, and was working in San Francisco as a legal secretary at the
time of the 1906 earthquake. There she met John Ernest Foreman Bond of
Sydney, Australia, followed him out here and married him in 1907. Their
son Ernest Stanford Bond was my father-in-law.
