Probably need a little more information to actually
figure if the school district has what you want. NJ
does not have anything called a school census.
A student's permanent record is SUPPOSED TO remain
with the last school attended. That does not guarantee
that the school district did as required.
School registers of attendance are only required to be
kept about six years. Although, some districts keep
those as well.
