Hello all,

This post with the reference to a Ferrymen's association and Lackawanna
Veteran's intrigues me as my ancestor and his siblings were canalboatmen on
the Morris and the Delaware & Hudson canals during the 1800s.

Does anyone have any information about associations that canalboatmen may
have been members of?

Best wishes,
Dennis Reiley
