Hi again,

I just received some new leads on my elusive Achile Jr./Richard Patey. It was suggested that Achile Jr. married Catholic, changed his name to Richard and married a Kathy Dempsey. He then left her after quite a few years and married a Mary J. under his original name (she was Protestant)
Now - it could have happened. However, I can't find a death cert. for Richard or Achille in NJ or NY when I sent away for them. It just comes back that there is no record.
Is there anywhere on line that I can look up a death record for Achile/Richard between the years 1889-1919? They/he was born 1859 or 1865.
I know, I'm grasping at straws but I don't know where else to look!
Any help would be appreciated.
