In my case all was together -- so I am assuming that the reocrds would have
to be kept together. Funny but I did not find my grandfather, so maybe he
started the process in NY and had to complete it there -- that's still
something that I need to explore.

Does anyone know if the petition of intent would always be found in the same
court as the declaration? Maybe they could be in different courts?
