Try this... Go to NARA's 1930 Census Microfilm Locator at
<http://1930census.archives.gov/beginSearch.asp>;, choose New Jersey in
the upper left corner and continue, choose Jersey City in the middle of
the page and continue, and the results will give you links to 3 pages
of institutions and their EDs. Then hopefully you have access to a
site like HeritageQuestOnline.com where you can view 1930 census images.
