Clyde,

We need more information to answer your question. First, the lowest
governmental unit is the township, in your case Bethlehem. Perhaps you
are looking for areas which are not governmental bodies.

Second, we need time frame. At one time, Bethlehem Twp included most of
the northern half on Hunterdon County. Many modern municipalities were
once part of Bethlehem Twp. You can see how the various towns and
