>From our Franklin Correspondent
The death of John Kelleher, age twenty-nine years, occurred Wednesday
morning from pneumonia at the Franklin hospital. He is survived by his
wife, formerly Miss Mame Fletcher, and by two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Carroll
and Miss Ann Kelleher. Mr. Kelleher had been employed by the New Jersey
Zinc Company as an electrician since November 1913, and was a man
universally liked by all in Franklin where he was the first to be called
upon when a minstrel show or other entertainment was gotten up in the
borough. Several months ago he endeavored to enlist in the Marines but was
not taken into service on account of being overweight. His death was a
great loss to the community.
