Mrs. Job. J. Shaw
Mrs. Anna M. Shaw, seventy-one years old, wife of Borough Clerk Job J. Shaw,
of Stanhope, died at her home in Main street, that borough, last Friday
after an illness of five weeks. The couple would have been married
forty-six years in September. Besides her husband, Mrs. Shaw is survived by
two daughters, Mrs. Fred H. Morrison and Mrs. Andrew O. Luse, of Newton; a
son, George R. Shaw, of Astoria, Long Island; two brothers, John F. Riegel,
of Washington, NJ, and George W. Riegel of Bethlehem, Pa. and four
grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
at the home. Rev. George W. Fischer, of First Presbyterian Church, Stanhope,
officiated. Interment was in Stanhope Union Cemetery.
