Somebody posted this to the list a week or so ago, and I just looked at
it again and remembered that all of the addresses for State offices in
Trenton were changed from CN### to P.O. Box ###. I don't know if this
makes a difference, but I wouldn't put it past them to bounce mail with
the old designation.
