Lai(j)en and Lei(j)en is the same surname. Leijen is and was pronounced
Laien in this area.

ai sounds like y in why Leijen is like the city of Leiden.

In Harenkarspel you will see Trijntje Schuurman twice. This will be
corrected after the next update, sorry.

Lutje Morkel does not excist, this should be Lutjewinkel, which means
Luttel (= little) Winkel.

Go to Barsingerhorn when you are on http://genea.pedete.net and you will
find Trijntje's death.
Because Cornelis' death is not in our records he might have died before
1813.

Perhaps next Tuesday I can find some extra's about the family, but cannot
promise that!
